By accessing or using ValoCheck, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum age required where you live, to use ValoCheck. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and following applicable laws.

Keep your Google account, Riot account, and device secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your accounts. Contact support promptly if you believe your account or content has been compromised.

Do not abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, impersonate, or attempt to bypass access controls for ValoCheck or its third-party services. Do not use the service to distribute harmful, unlawful, or deceptive content.

You retain rights to content you submit, but grant ValoCheck permission to host, process, display, and distribute it as needed to operate community features. You must have the rights and permissions required for content you upload.

ValoCheck relies on Google, Riot Games, Supabase, Cloudinary, Firebase, and app-store services. Their products, accounts, terms, and privacy policies apply to the relevant parts of your use.

Riot game data and client endpoints may change, rotate, rate-limit, or become unavailable without notice. ValoCheck does not guarantee that store, match, rank, or inventory data will always be complete or current.

ValoCheck branding, original website content, and app code belong to their respective owners. Valorant, Riot Games names, and related marks belong to Riot Games, Inc. ValoCheck is an independent companion app and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or supported by Riot Games, Inc.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, integrations, or support for devices and platforms. We may update these Terms when material changes occur.

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or to address violations of these Terms. You may stop using ValoCheck at any time and request account data deletion through Support.

ValoCheck is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties about availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.

To the extent allowed by law, ValoCheck and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of the service or third-party integrations.
